Thank you for your purchase from HOCL Solutions LLC.  Should it be necessary to return a MINI-SANI or CAR-SANI for failure to work in manner designed, there is a 10-day return policy to replace unit.  You can contact us at [email protected] or call at 954-821-1500 with any questions.

Units can be returned within that 10-day window to:
HOCL Solutions LLC, 2172 N. Fox Hollow Drive Suite #1, NIXA, MO 65714
Should you simply be unhappy with the unit in that 10-day window, you may return the unit and receive full credit.

We will process your refund request within 1 to 7 business days.  The money will be refunded to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to process but may not reflect on your credit card statement until the next cycle.
